Zero ad trackers, zero data resale. Here's what we collect, why, and for how long.
Data collected
We only collect what we need:
- Contact form: name, email, company (optional), project type, budget (optional), message.
- Newsletter: email only. No other associated data.
- Analytics: if Plausible Analytics is enabled on this site, the data collected is anonymized, cookie-less, and cannot identify visitors. No tracking cookies are set.
Data usage
Contact form data is used exclusively to reply to you. It is not used for marketing, not resold, not shared with third parties. The newsletter email is used exclusively to send you the newsletter (about one send every two months).
Retention period
- Contact messages: kept for 24 months in our professional inbox, then deleted.
- Newsletter subscribers: as long as you stay subscribed. One-click unsubscribe.
- Analytics: 14 months, then anonymous aggregation.
Your rights (GDPR)
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, portability and objection regarding your personal data. To exercise these rights, write to contact@webia.be. We reply within 30 days maximum.
You can also lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (APD): www.autoriteprotectiondonnees.be.
Cookies
This site uses no advertising tracking cookies. The only local storage used is the chosen theme (light/dark), saved in your browser's localStorage, never sent to our servers.
Subprocessors
We use the following providers:
- Vercel (site hosting), USA.
- Resend (transactional email delivery), USA.
- Plausible Analytics (anonymous traffic analysis, if enabled), European Union.
