Webia, accueil

One agency,
two brains.

Webia was born from a simple frustration: in Belgium, you had to choose between an agency that did beautiful work (sacrificing the technical side) and a studio that did solid work (ignoring design). We didn't see why.

Our definition

Creative & tech,
what it actually means.

Creative means every project is approached as a unique object, not a template to repaint. We start by understanding why your project exists, for whom, and what should make it different. Only then do we design.

Tech means we write code we're not ashamed to show. Performant, maintainable, built to outlast launch day. The site we deliver should evolve with you, without us, if you prefer.

No compromise. No "we'll see later". Both, now.

Our taste

What we love
to build.

We work on projects that genuinely interest us. Here are the five families where we feel most at home, and where we deliver best.

  • Sites that respect the reader

Careful typography, real performance, dense editorial content. No 40 MB hero video, no tracker pop-up. The kind of site you read in one go, not endure.

  • Dashboards that don't scare you

Admin interfaces, business tools, B2B back-offices. A disciplined design system, six interactions covering every case, zero friction when used ten times a day.

  • Custom internal tools

When a market SaaS only covers 70% of the need, when a patched-up Airtable can't keep up. We code the missing tool, integrate what's already there, document so the team can take over.

  • Coherent identities

Mark, palette, typography, graphic system, guidelines. We design the brand's language so it holds across every surface: product, print, social, packaging.

  • Technical refactors that put things back in order

Picking up a wobbly codebase, restoring order without breaking everything. Progressive migration, tests coming back, performance recovering. Thankless work, lasting satisfaction.

Our values

Four anchors for every project.

  • Direct.

We say what works and what doesn't. Even when you don't want to hear it.

  • Rigorous.

Engineering isn't a detail. It's what makes the difference between a site that lasts and a site that cracks.

  • Curious.

We never do the same project twice. Every brief starts from a blank page.

  • Based in Belgium.

We know the field, we speak your language, we eat fries when the project ships.

Want to meet us?

We like honest briefs and first French-Belgian coffees. Even if it's just to talk.
